  • With the Gym hybrid program, you will achieve the best transformation ever. In this program, we combined weights, gym machines, and bodyweight to achieve the maximum results you will take your physique to the next level!

✔︎ Learn how to do exercises with Perfect Form & Foundation to Master your Bodyweight.

We will show you how to execute every single exercise, and why is so important to execute them with perfect form and breath in the right way.

You will master all the fundamentals of the bodyweight movements. You will be able to achieve the perfect form of Push-Ups, Pull-Ups, Assisted Pistol Squat…

Also in our video calls, you will be able to discuss any doubt you might have about any topic including exercise execution.

✔︎  Reduce Body Fat & Gain Lean Mass.

Our protocols will reduce your body fat significantly. Eating the right amount of calories and macronutrients, and also hitting every single muscle twice a week you will be able to achieve the maximum results with the shortest period of time and effort.

In this program, the first and second phases are focused mainly on Strength and the third one on hypertrophy. You will achieve a whole new level of physique strength and body control that will help you gain muscles easily, and get ready to start the Spartan journey.

✔︎ Progression to EDMA Spartan exercises & Unlock Athletic Skills (Handstand, L-sit and much more).

With our different exercise progressions, your body will build the strength needed to perform more advanced exercises like Elevated Pike Push-Ups, Archer Push-Ups, Dragon Flag, Assisted One-Arm Pull-Ups.

Through the different phases of this program, you will achieve a single-digit body fat, increasing also your muscle mass and your strength will fly through the roof. This program will allow you to master your physique and perform elite bodyweight exercises like clean muscle-ups, handstand push-ups, one arm push-ups…

In this phase, we will introduce a new hybrid split, this time the main goal is to make you gain incredible muscle mass while staying shredded. We will focus mainly on pure hypertrophy to gain lean muscle mass to build the perfect body proportions.
