  • The Bodyweight program (12 weeks program) allows you to work out at home or anywhere you want, perfect for people on the go, as no equipment is required. And trust us, also without equipment you will be able to achieve incredible results ( take a look at our transformation).

  • With the Gym hybrid program (12 weeks program), you will achieve the best transformation ever. In this program, we combined weights, gym machines, and bodyweight to achieve the maximum results you will take your physique to the next level!

REST IS IMPORTANT AS WORKING OUT

Do not work harder, but work smarter. Recovery and sleep are essential for muscle growth and build strength. 

 

That’s why the Bikini Body program has only 3 workouts per week, your mind, your body, your muscles need to recover well in order to grow and build strength. But obviously, you can not skip a workout day and you have to work out hard with intensity and concentration!

Sleeping 7-8 hours per day is essential for muscles growth, It will also make you burn more fat and stabilise your appetite.
